Process of Web Designing:Pentapure offers effective web design solutions to for all type of businesses. You can start by contacting us for a free estimation and consultation on your project. We will then gather the required information needed for the job. Pentapure will work |
Step 1Once you agree on the quoted price, a contract will be written up which will include details pertaining to the project, variations and timelines. We require a payment of 50% of the quoted price on a non e-commerce web site and 35% upfront payment for an e-commerce site in order to get started on your project.Payment can be made via credit card, check, money order or PayPal. |
Step 2The initial Design will be ready in 15 to 20 business days upon receiving payment confirmation and all necessary content. You will be presented with three initial design variations. There will be an option to vote for a favorite design and leave feedback. |
Step 3You may then request changes to be made to your variations such as modifying the site layout, graphics and navigation. Keep in mind that the elements you see from the different variations can be fused into one design. Once Pentapure obtains feedback, we will start working on customizing your designs accordingly. We must receive all of the desired changes, modifications and approvals in a timely manner with respect to the assigned deadline to your project. |
Step 4After a chosen layout has been finalized, a second payment for e-commerce websites and a final payment for non-ecommerce websites will be made and we will begin working on the HTML version of your website. The material will be uploaded to the server and presented to you on a designated page. For non e-commerce sites, when final approval has been received, we will either make all of the files available for download, or Pentapure will upload them to your server via FTP. |
Step 5The process for an e-commerce website is similar to that of a non e-commerce website with the exception of the payment plan and the programming stage. There is a 3 step payment plan. 35% is required upfront. A second 35% preceding the initial programming phase is required and the final installment of 30% upon completion of the conversion but before advanced programming starts. Database functions and advanced programming will be processed |
Step 6Once the work is completed as outlined in the contract, a compatible hosting plan will be required from you. We will then upload and set up all of the necessary functions of your web site and make sure that everything is working properly. changes and back-up of all files. |
Web Designing Charges:100% Payment of web designing will be taken. Your Domain name and web hosting account and e-mail ids will be created just with in 3 hours after receiving payment from you Material, Contents and Photos are provided by the party. You need to submit all your contents, Link Structure information, photos, any other documents that you want to put on your website at once and no addition or deletion will be possible in this content and photos after starting of web designing No Refund will be given once the order has been confirmed and web designing work has been started or domain name or web hosting account has been set up. Please Note: All charges mentioned are CURRENT DATES Price only. On Renewal of website, you need to pay below charges: Domain Name Renewal + Renewal Web Hosting. (According To Your Pack.) You need not to pay Web designing charge next year but only the website updating and modification charges if any. |
